Good morning, little one. Today Growy is taking you to a big meadow full of colorful flowers. Everything looks cheerful, except one small gray cloud drifting quietly above the grass.

'Look,' whispers Growy. 'I think the cloud is a little sad today.' You look up at the sky. The cloud is quiet and still, and then one tiny drop falls from it. Then another.

As the raindrops fall gently on the meadow, something special happens. The flowers slowly open their petals, the grass turns even greener, and butterflies begin to flutter happily. Growy smiles. 'Sometimes rain helps something beautiful grow.'

The cloud is not so heavy anymore. Slowly it grows lighter, and the sun peeks out from behind it. A big, colorful rainbow appears in the sky. One last raindrop lands on your palm and, for a blink, shines with every color of the rainbow. You and Growy run happily across the meadow and laugh together. 'See, little one?' says Growy. 'Sometimes our hearts need a little rain too. When we let our feelings out, we make room for a smile again.' You look at the rainbow shining over the meadow and feel a warmth in your heart. Then Growy asks, 'So, little one... did we grow a little today?' You did. 'Here is your little grow for tomorrow,' says Growy. 'When a feeling comes, give it a name out loud, just like the little cloud.' See you tomorrow, little one.
