Welcome to KidyGrow! These Terms of Service govern your use of the KidyGrow application and services. By creating an account or using KidyGrow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

By accessing or using KidyGrow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. CHILDREN'S DATA
KidyGrow is designed for parents and legal guardians to track their children's development. By using the Services, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you enter. You retain ownership of all data you enter about your child. We process this data solely to provide our services.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to: • Use the Services for any illegal purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts • Upload malicious code or viruses • Reverse engineer or copy the Services • Use the Services to harass or harm others • Misuse our AI features
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
KidyGrow offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your app store account. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, subject to their terms.
6. AI-POWERED FEATURES
Our AI features provide guidance and suggestions but are NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns. AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate. Use your judgment.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of KidyGrow (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Kodelab d.o.o. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Services.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of KidyGrow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. DISCLAIMERS
KidyGrow is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated content will be accurate or complete • The Services will meet your specific needs You use the Services at your own risk.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodelab d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kodelab d.o.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but data retention obligations remain as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
