Hi, little one. You built a tall block tower, and then it crashed down with a bang. A hot, red feeling rushes up from your toes to your ears. Your hands squeeze into tight little fists.

It is anger, and it feels huge, like a volcano about to bubble over. Growy sits close and says softly, 'I can see a big feeling. You know, sometimes I get a hot, cross feeling too. It is allowed to be here. Let's help it out safely.'

Growy shows you the dragon breath. You breathe in through your nose, slow and deep, then blow out a long, warm breath. And out comes a tiny puff of warm dragon steam! With each breath, the fiery red glow around you softens into a calm, cool blue. In through the nose. Out like a gentle dragon. Again.

Little by little, the hot feeling cools. Your fists open like flowers. Growy smiles and says, 'Big anger is like a wave. It rises, and if you breathe, it always comes back down.'

Now your hands feel calm enough to build again, slowly this time. Growy smiles and asks, 'So, little one... did we grow a little today?' You did. 'Here is your little grow for tomorrow,' says Growy. 'Next time a hot feeling bubbles up, blow three big dragon breaths before anything else.' See you tomorrow, little one.
