ACCOUNT & DATA

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings > Account > Delete account. Deletion is permanent — all data tied to your account (children profiles, growth measurements, activities, chat history) is removed within 30 days. You can also email dpo@kodelab.hr to request deletion. How do I export my data? Settings > Privacy & Data > Export my data. We'll email you a download link with a JSON archive of everything we hold for your account. How do I change my email? Settings > Account > Email. A verification link is sent to the new address.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How do I subscribe to Premium? Premium is purchased inside the KidyGrow app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Web checkout is not available. How do I cancel? Cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. KidyGrow doesn't store your payment info — Apple or Google handles all billing. Where do I see my receipt? In the App Store / Google Play app, under your subscriptions.

AI FEATURES

Why does the chat ask for consent? AI features use third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). We require explicit consent before sharing anything because that data leaves our servers. You can revoke consent at any time in Settings > Privacy & Data > AI Data Sharing. Is the AI advice medical advice? No. AI suggestions are guidance grounded in developmental science but not a substitute for your pediatrician. Always consult a healthcare professional for anything medical.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Sync isn't working: pull-to-refresh on the home screen, or sign out and back in. If it persists, email us with the timestamp of the missing sync. App crashes on launch: try reinstalling. If that doesn't fix it, send us your device + OS version. Notifications stopped working: Settings > Notifications inside KidyGrow, then your OS notification settings. Can't log in: use the password reset link on the login screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam, then contact support.
