Today
Today
Two weeks of refusing everything except purée. Today add a single soft pear stick next to her usual purée. Don't push, don't reward — just have it on the plate. Bruno eats at the same table so she sees.
Tonight
Lena falls asleep in 5–7 min. Bruno in 15–20. Put Lena down first while Stjepan walks Bruno through 10 extra min of crawling + books in the living room. Lena will be asleep before Bruno enters the room.
Recent activity
Feed
25 min · Avocado purée (ate half a bowl); spat out banana chunks
Nap
60 min · Asleep at 9:30, self-settled in 6 min — perfect
Feed
20 min · Porridge with banana (full portion) — when it's smooth she eats everything
Behaviour
Laughed for 4 min because Bruno toppled while crawling. Helped him roll back.
What this parent is going through
Observer · big babbler · still purée only
MoreLessLena is the quieter, more focused twin. Sits unaided for 5+ minutes and babbles a lot ('ba-ba-da'), responds to her name faster than Bruno. But for the last 2 weeks she's refused everything except purée — banana chunks get spat out, a spoon of minced meat ends on the floor. Dad Stjepan (on 6-month parental leave) is worried: while Bruno eats anything, Lena is moving backward. She sleeps brilliantly (11h with 0–1 wakings, falls asleep in 5–7 min), but her afternoon nap is starting to clip short by 15 min if Bruno snores in the next crib. The biggest Lena question: how to bring textures back without making her pickier, and how to tell an 'observer' personality from a real developmental delay.
